How can I find out if my reservation has been confirmed?

After the completion of the reservation process, a clear confirmation of your reservation is displayed on your screen. Your reserved seats will appear in the "Booked" section of your "My Tickets" page.

When can I collect the tickets I've reserved?

Customers must collect their tickets at least 45 minutes before the start of the show because the reservation is automatically released at that time. Please be aware that reservations for morning shows are released 1 day prior at 7 PM.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the theater (including chewing gum, gutkha, cigarettes etc.)

Online reservations and ticket purchases are free of additional charges.

What are the parking facilities, and do I have to pay for parking at iNi cinemas?

We have our own parking facility at iNi Cinemas. Parking charges will be as per the mall’s policy.

Can I get a refund or reschedule the ticket I purchased?

Movie Tickets & Food once purchased cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, cancelled or refunded.

What do I do if customer care doesn't pick up my calls?

When there is a lot of demand for the movies, we get a lot of calls, due to which the incoming calls are queued or missed sometime. It is not that we do not receive your calls; it is just that all our customer care representatives are busy attending another call.
